How do I play music that I Like?
You have a few options:
Play it by ear
Play it exactly as you hear it.
Play the melody in the right hand and chords in the left hand. Figure out the melody first and memorise it. Then figure out the chords and memorise them.
A tip: when Joseph is stuck with figuring out a chord in the left hand, he would search for the (guitar) chords online.
Play it by reading
Obtain the sheet music by searching for it on the internet, buy it or borrow from someone/the library.

Play it by copying
Search Youtube for video tutorials
There may not be video tutorials for the music that you are looking for. However, there may be videos on Youtube that shows you the keys that are being pressed. Musescore.com has a keyboard function that shows you the keys that are being pressed for the music.
Or you can ask someone to play it for you and you record it on video so that you can refer back to it when you need to
Play it using a combination of the methods above
You can use more than one method to play your favourite music.
